Building Control Search

The online building control register allows you to search and view Building Regulation Applications that have been submitted to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council since 1996. A standard search allows you to choose your own criteria on which to search (e.g Building Regulation Number, Location, Build Types etc.)

Please use the following steps to search for building control records:

1. If you know the reference number (or part of it), enter it below. Alternatively you can use any of the fields below to narrow the search down. Please note that at least one field must be completed
2. Select the 'Search' button to search for Building Regulation Applications

Please note pre 1996 records are not held electronically. No records are held for longer than 16 years after the completion of the development.
