| 1 | Prior to the commencement of the final phase of development in accordance with the phasing plan agreed through discharge of condition 7, details of the pedestrian crossing scheme on Kirkleatham Lane at the northern end of the development site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved pedestrian crossing scheme shall be completed prior to the occupation of 50% of the dwellings within the final phase of the development. REASON: To ensure that the development does not have an adverse impact on the highway network and pedestrian safety in accordance with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
