# Condition Details
1 Notwithstanding the details submitted within the application, final details of the boundary treatment to the front of the site (including positioning, height, design, materials and location of any gates) shall be submitted to and approved in writing within the Local Planning Authority prior to the use hereby approved coming into effect. The boundary treatments shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and retained for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To ensure suitable boundary treatments which would respect and enhance the character and appearance of the street scene and conservation area and to ensure adequate parking and access to the site in relation to highways safety in accordance with policies SD4 and HE1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan
