REASON: To ensure the delivery of biodiversity net gain on site. |
| 2 | The building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 01/03/2031 in accordance with a scheme of work submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: To ensure an appropriate restoration of the site in order to respect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan. |
