| 4 | Prior to the commencement of development hereby approved the details of necessary Traffic Regulation Orders to the taxi rank must have been agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The development hereby approved must not be occupied until the process to implement the agreed Traffic Regulation Orders has been initiated. Reason: The development is in a location that is easily accessible by public transport, near a range of amenities including shops and leisure facilities having regard for Local Plan Policy and section 9 of the NPPF. |
| 5 | The development hereby approved shall not be occupied until the means of a dropped vehicle access to the garage arrangement from the public highway has been constructed in accordance with plans subsequently submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such works will need to be carried out at the applicant’s expense by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council or approved contractors.
