The Pick-up and Drop-off Management Plan shall detail how arrangements for pick-ups and drop-offs of children at the site will be managed. The Management Plan shall be implemented as part of the change of use hereby approved and retained in perpetuity. REASON: In the interests of the free flow of traffic, highway safety and the amenities of residents having regard for Local Plan Policy and section 9 of the NPPF. |
