2 The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Construction Notes received by the Local Planning Authority on 02/03/26. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building, conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
3 Informative Note: The applicant should ensure that changes incorporated within this approval are replicated and delivered through the associated planning approval (R/2025/0739/CA). This may be achieved by a way of a non-material amendment to the relevant conditions attached to the planning approval.
