| 2 | Prior to commencement of construction of each phase, fully detailed drawings illustrating the design, materials and final surface treatment of roads, footpaths and other adoptable open spaces for that phase shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development and in the interests of highway safety having regard for Local Plan Policy and sections 9 and 12 of the NPPF and to ensure no adverse impact on the conservation area in accordance with policy HE1. |
