# Condition Details
1 Prior to Removal of the current shopfront, sectional details of the replacement shopfront and doors, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
2 Prior to removal of the current shopfront and installation of the new shopfront, a method statement describing how the work is to be executed is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development is commenced. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved method statement. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building, as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
3 Prior to application of internal wall treatments and finishes, full details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building, as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
