| 4 | The development hereby approved shall not be brought actively into its intended use prior to a scheme for the storage of refuse bins being submitted to and approved in writing by hte Local Planning Authority. The approved refuse storage scheme shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development. Reason In the interest of good planning and to secure suitable storage facility for refuse in accordance with Policy SD3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan (2018). |
