1 The proposed single storey rear extension by reason of its 4.2m projection to the rear will have an overbearing detrimental impact on the amenity of the occupiers of No. 10 Rowland Keld contrary to part b. of Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan and the aims of the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent has been advised of the concerns however no amendments have been submitted.
