2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Site Plan (drawing no.2) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.11.2025 Garage Plan and Elevation (drawing No.3) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.11.2025 Street Scene elevation (drawing 004) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.11.2025 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: The applicant shall contact Engineering on 01287 612594 to discuss the alteration to a permanent vehicular crossing.
