# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Plans and details (ref drawing 002 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 13.11.2025 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to construction of the wall and pillar full details and/or samples of the brick and pillar cap to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: In the interest of the amenities of the occupants of adjacent residential properties and to safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the setting of adjacent listed buildings.
4 Prior to installation of the gate, full details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
