1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site layout Plan (referenced 005) received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.10.2024 Part Alley side elevation (referenced 004 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.10.2024 Proposed Floor Plan (referenced 002 Rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.04.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 Prior to installation, full details and/or samples of the railings to be used at the rear, along with a method statement outlining how they will be attached to the plinth, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
3 Masonry jointing surrounding the fire exit opening shall be finished in a lime mortar and the internal return shall be finished in lime plaster. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
