# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the 29th July 2028. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed plans and elevations (Dwg 002 Rev E) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15/10/2025. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, the proposed Letterbox window on the north facing side elevation shall contain obscure glazing as detailed in the Proposed Plans and Elevations (Dwg no 002 - Rev E) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15/10/2025. The glazing should be obscurity level 4 or above and maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development. The window shall be fixed closed. REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4 and Design of Residential Areas Supplementary Planning Document.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
