| 6 | Informative Note from Northumbrian Water: The proposed change of use to a vehicle storage and recovery facility may require a trade effluent application for the disposal of wastewater to the sewerage network due to the potential for processed water and contaminated surface water to enter our sewer network. We recommend that the applicant contacts Northumbrian Water to discuss this matter further. Additional information and contact details can be found at https://www.nwl.co.uk/services/business/trade-effluent/ |
| 7 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
