1 The development shall not be begun later than the 6 April 2026. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location and Proposed Site Plan (ref P84 22 111 Rev D) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.08.2024 Proposed Floor Layout (ref P84 22 112 Rev D) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.08.2024 Proposed Elevation and Section (ref P84 22 113 Rev D) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.08.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the windows and dormer windows hereby approved shall be installed in accordance with the details agreed by the Local Planning Authority on 07.08.2024. Reason in the interest of visual amenity and to accord with Policy SD4 and HE1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
