REASON: To ensure the quality of pitches is satisfactory and they are available for use in a timely manner
3 The development hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the external materials schedule (ref: SRP1079-HLP-01-XX-SH-A-2101-P04)r eceived by the Local Planning Authority on 15/08/2025 REASON: To ensure the development is completed in accordance with the approved details and would not have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the area.
4 The development hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the Project Management Plan (PMA-PLN-001 ) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15/08/2025 REASON: To ensure that the development can be carried out in a manner that will not be to the detriment of amenity of residents, free flow of traffic or safety of highway users having regard for policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
