# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/07/2025 - Proposed floor plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/07/2025 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to being brought into end use there shall be a scheme of sound proofing showing measures to deal with sound insulation of walls and floors between the adjoining properties submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to the end use of the development and maintained thereafter. REASON: To ensure the retention of an environment free from intrusive levels of noise and activity in the interests of the amenity of the existing residential occupants from the proposed development created.
4 The working hours for all construction activities on this site are limited to between 08:00 and 18:00 Mondays to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays and not at all on a Sunday or Public Holiday. REASON: To ensure that the any activity during the construction development would not have a significant adverse impact in relation to noise and disturbance in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
