Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 4 | The advertisment hereby permitted shall be removed/ and the land restored to its former condition on or before 01/09/2030 in accordance with a scheme of work submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: To ensure an appropriate restoration of the site in order to respect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan. |
