1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan: Block Plan; Existing and proposed elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/2025 - Bay window details Amended received by the Local Planning Authority on 16/03/2026 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 Work to install the proposed front bay windows hereby approved shall be started within three months of the date of this consent. All development hereby approved shall be completed within six months of the date of this approval. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the dwelling matches neighbouring properties and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 and HE1 of the Local Plan.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
