| 1 | Notwithstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, approval of sectional drawings showing the exact details of the design, materials and function of all windows, doors and infill panels to be installed in the both the stone and brick building, including method of opening and details of double glazing where applicable, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. Rebates and reveals of window and door frames must match existing. Trickle vents shall not be fitted to the windows or doors and the double glazing must be slimline. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials and to safeguard the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
