| 3 | Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, details of the proposed means of enclosure to the eastern boundary of the site shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The approved means of enclosure shall thereafter be provided and maintained on the site at all times. REASON: To ensure that any boundary treatments would accord with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan by respecting the character of the site and the surroundings. |
