The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area as required by Policy HE1 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 4 | The proposed double doors and decorative metal work to the front elevation hereby approved shall not open out onto the pavement to the front of the building. Both features shall inwards open into the building only. REASON: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
