ProPG: Noise and Planning document specifically addresses schemes with incompatible room design which have the potential to cause disturbance. The approved scheme shall be completed prior to the end use being brought into use and shall thereafter be retained. REASON: To minimise the disturbance by noise of future residential occupiers of the flats hereby permitted and in the interest of neighbour amenity in accordance with Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policy SD4. |
