2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site layout plan (refAJR25.02 Drawing 03) received by the Local Planning Authority on 11.04.2025 Proposed plans and elevations (ref AJR25:02 Drawing 02) received by the Local Planning Authority on 11.04.2025 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: The applicant shall contact Engineering on 01287 612594 to discuss the provision of a permanent vehicular crossing.
