| 4 | Prior to the installation of any permanent lighting infrastructure, a Lighting Strategy will be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter development will be implanted in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory implementation of the approved scheme in the interests of the visual amenity of the locality and the appearance of the development in accordance with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
