2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposals (ref Project Number 25.31 P01 rev P1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 02.06.2025 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
