# Condition Details
1 Prior to raising the height of the forward boundary wall, samples of the brick and copings to be used along with details and/or samples of the railings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. The brick bond shall match that in the existing wall. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area and the settings of nearby listed buildings, as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
2 Prior creating the door opening in the gable, full details of the door and railings, along with details of the finish of the door return, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details.
