# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Layout Plan (ref Job No. 99 803/14) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.03.2025 North East elevation (unferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.03.2025 North West Elevation (unreferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.03.2025 South Wets Elevation (unreferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.03.2025 South East Elevation (unreferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.03.2025 Proposed Floor Plan (unreferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.03.2025 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to the use hereby approved being brought into active use a noise management plan shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority which shall detail the controls to be implemented to ensure that noise from the development does not cause disturbance to nearby residential properties and should include: • A scheme to minimise and suppress noise from nursery activities to neighbouring properties, • Any sound attenuation to be installed, • How to control noise from child drop off and collections. Thereafter the use shall operate in accordance with the approved management plan. REASON: In the interest of neighbour amenity.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 The food business operator (e.g., sole proprietor, partnership, limited company, charitable trust) must register with Redcar and Cleveland Environmental Health Service at least 28 days before opening. You can apply to register on online at https://register.food.gov.uk/new/redcar-and-cleveland/registration-role The food premises (structure and facilities) must meet the legal hygiene requirements of annex II Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the european parliament and of the council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (legislation.gov.uk) .
