| 2 | The occupation of the four cabins hereby approved must comply with the following requirement: (i) the accommodation shall be occupied for holiday purposes only; (ii) the accommodation shall not at any time be occupied as a person's sole, or main place of residence; (iii) the owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all owners/occupiers of the accommodation, and of their main home addresses. The owner/operator shall make the information on the register available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. REASON: Permanent use of the cabins proposed would not be acceptable as permanent living accommodation. However the application is considered to comply with relevant planning policy as tourist accommodation, therefore the condition is required to ensure the property is only occupied on limited basis for holiday use so as not to prejudice policy in the development plan. |
