1 The proposal, due to the length proposed would result in an overbearing / dominating structure upon the neighbour at number 55 Marshall Drive. The proposal is therefore contrary to the requirements of policy SD4(B) of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan (2018) and the guidance within the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document (May 2013).
