# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Plans, Elevations and Window Details (referenced Page 02 Rev 5) received by the Local Planning Authority on 08.07.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The current windows are to be removed and the new windows installed in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development is commenced. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
