# Condition Details
1 All new openings in the stone building and connecting stone wall are to be created in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to their insertion. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
2 Prior to commencement of work on the stone building and the insertion of the opening in the adjoining stone wall, a building recording exercise in accordance with Level 3 as described in Historic England’s Understanding Historic Buildings (2016) of the interior is to be carried out on those structures and copies submitted to the local planning authority. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
