| 3 | Prior to removal of the current roof Tilles, full details and/or samples of the replacement slates together with a detailed method statement outlining how the re-roofing will be carried out, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building, the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan and the aims of the adopted Saltburn Conservation Area Management Plan. |
