| 1 | (1) No part of the authorised development may commence, save for the permitted preliminary works, until details for undertaking condition surveys of the relevant highways which are maintainable at the public expense in accordance with the 1980 Act and which are to be used during construction have been submitted to and, after consultation with the highway authority, approved by the relevant planning authority. (2) The condition surveys must be undertaken in accordance with the approved details and a schedule of repairs, including a programme for undertaking any such repairs and their inspection, must, following the completion of the post-construction condition surveys, be submitted to, and after consultation with the highway authority, approved by the relevant planning authority. (3) The schedule of repairs must be carried out as approved unless otherwise agreed with the relevant planning authority. |
