2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed window detail (ref Job no 799 sheet 1 of 1 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 17.01.2024 Existing and Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations (ref Job799 Sheet No 1 rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 17.01.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
