# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Existing and proposed plans and elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 08/10/2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any other re-enacting or revoking Order with or without modification), the premises shall only be used as a Tattoo Studio and Office Ancillary to occupant of Flat 2 Nags Head, 11 High Street, Lazenby and for no other purpose. REASON: In the interests of Vitality and Viability of District Centre, residential amenity and highway safety residential amenity, in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy SD4, ED1 & TA1 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
