The detailed acoustic scheme shall be carried out by a competent acoustic engineer/consultant and shall detail the requirements necessary to minimise any noise and vibration impact on nearby residential properties. The approved scheme shall have a time table for implementation and once installed be permanently retained whilst the permitted use continues. Reason In the interest of residential amenity and to comply with Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018. |
