# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 10.09.2024 Proposed elevation (ref drawing 2505-010 rev A)) received by the Local Planning Authority on 10.09.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Within three months of the date of this decision details of a noise and vibration attenuation scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The detailed acoustic scheme shall be carried out by a competent acoustic engineer/consultant and shall detail the requirements necessary to minimise any noise and vibration impact on nearby residential properties. The approved scheme shall have a time table for implementation and once installed be permanently retained whilst the permitted use continues. Reason In the interest of residential amenity and to comply with Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
