| 4 | Prior to the first occupation of the building, a Pick-up and Drop-off Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Pick-up and Drop-off Management Plan shall detail how arrangements for pick-ups and drop-offs of children at the site will be managed. The Management Plan shall be implemented as part of the change of use hereby approved and retained in perpetuity. REASON: In the interests of the free flow of traffic, highway safety and the amenities of residents having regard for Local Plan Policy and section 9 of the NPPF. |
| 5 | The use hereby permitted shall not be operational except between the hours of 07:00 and 18:30 on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Bank or Public Holidays. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the locality and to comply with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 6 | Prior to the first occupation of the building, a travel plan relating to staff, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The travel plan shall detail how arrangements for staff parking and travel to work will be managed.
