1 The development hereby permitted shall be completed in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Plans (ref AND-001-003) received by the Local Planning Authority on 28.08.2024 Proposed Elevations (ref AND-001-004 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 30.09.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
3 Informative Note: Concern has been raised that the development is not wholly within land over which the applicant has control. You are advised that the granting of planning approval does not infer any right to develop over land which is not within your control. This rests with yourself to address as needs be.
