# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Existing & Proposed Floor Plans & Site & Location Plan (ref 001 A)) received by the Local Planning Authority on 13.08.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: Consolidated Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the Hygiene of foodstuffs, Annex II, Chapter I, Section 3 states that "lavatories are not to open directly into rooms in which food is handled". The drawing implies there is no intervening space between the lavatory and the areas where food is handled and as such, would be in contravention of the regulations. You are advised to discuss this point with the Food Safety Team. Also please be aware that any additional works required to address this may require listed building consent.
