The location of the initial trenching was shown on the following plans:- a ‘Preliminary Works Phase A General Arrangement’ (ref: CCPP-PH-A-0011 Rev P1, dated February 2024); b ‘Preliminary Works Phase A Greystones A Trench’ (ref: CCPP-PH-A-0014 Rev P2, dated February 2024); c ‘Preliminary Works Phase A Greystones B Trench’ (ref: CCPP-PH-A-0015 Rev P1, dated February 2024); and 4 Clearance of hardstanding within the area of the site to be occupied by Building 2: ‘Control Building’ approved as part of the Tees CCPP DCO (also marked on the ‘Indicative Electrical Connection Plan Sheet 1 of 1’ Ref. GIS-00-L-02695 Rev 1, dated 9/11/17) and the conducting of initial ground investigations through the carrying out of two borehole tests. Area being cleared through the breaking up of an existing exposed foundation slab shown on attached Plan ‘Preliminary Works Phase A Building 2 Enabling’ (ref: CCPP-PH-A-0021 Rev P1, dated February 2024). The Local Planning Authority therefore confirms that a lawful implementation of the Tees Combined Cycle Power Plant (‘CCPP’) which is subject to the Tees CCPP Development Consent Order (‘DCO’) 2019 has taken place. |
