| 2 | Prior to the occupation of any new building a scheme of noise mitigating measures shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall ensure that guideline values are in accordance with BS 8233:2014 and also follow good design practice endorsed by the ProPG: Planning and Noise Professional Practical Guidance for New Residential Development. The development shall completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: In the interest of neighbour amenity in accordance with policy SD4 (part n) of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
