# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Plans and Elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 30/05/24 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The proposed accommodation hereby approved shall be occupied for work/holiday purposes only and shall not be occupied as a person’s sole, or main place of residence. The owners/operators shall maintain an up-to date register of the names of all occupiers of individual rooms, and of their main home addresses, and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the approved work/holiday accommodation is not used for unauthorised permanent residential occupation to protect residential amenity in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 Infirmative Notice: The applicant is advised to actively seek Secured By Design accreditation, full information is available within the SBD Homes 2023 Guide at www.securedbydesign.com
