1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/05/2024 Proposed plans and elevations unit 1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/05/2024 Proposed plans and elevations unit 2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/05/2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 The development shall be completed in accordance with the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/05/2024 REASON: To protect the amenity of nearby residents and in the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
3 The development shall be completed in accordance with the drainage details received by the Local Planning Authority on 29/05/2024 REASON: To ensure the development is supported by a suitably designed surface water disposal infrastructure scheme and to minimise the risk flooding in the locality.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
5 Informative Note: The applicant is advised that there are other conditions associated with planning approval R/2022/0639/FF that are required to be discharged and or complied with either prior to or during construction.
