1 Prior to installation, full details of the design, dimensions and materials of all new doors and windows, including method of opening and final finish, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Existing rebates and reveals shall be preserved. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
2 Prior to re-pointing of the walls, a method statement is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Re-pointing shall be carried out in accordance with the approved method statement REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan
