1 The proposed single storey rear extension by reason of its projection to the rear combined with an existing rear extension will extend along the full length of the side boundary with No. 16 Woodbrook Close. The extension will have an overbearing detrimental impact on the amenity of the occupiers of the neighbouring dwelling contrary to part b. of Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan and the aims of the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.
