1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan and site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 01/02/2024 - Proposed detailed buttresses received by the Local Planning Authority on 01/02/2024 - Proposed detailed site plan Amended received by the Local Planning Authority on 27/02/2024 - Proposed site plan basic buttresses detail amended received by the Local Planning Authority on 27/02/2024 - Proposed external wall zone 1 - 7 Elevations Amended received by the Local Planning Authority on 27/02/2024 - Proposed internal wall zone 1 - 7 Elevations Amended received by the Local Planning Authority on 27/02/2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The stabilisation work including underpinning, attachment of buttresses and removal and re-instatement of section of wall are to be carried out in accordance with detailed method statements to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development is commenced. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building in accordance with Local Plan Policy HE2.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
