2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.01.2024 Site Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.01.2024 Elevations (ref D23164 4) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.01.2024 Section (ref D23164 6) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.01.2024 Elevations (ref D23164 5 Rev 01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.01.2024 Detailed door drawing (ref D23164 8) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.01.2024 Section (ref D23164 7 Rev 01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.01.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The replacement door shall be provided with the works carried out in accordance with the Method statement as received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.01.2024. REASON: In the interest of ensuring the works are carried out to avoid harm to the historic fabric of the building. in accordance with Policy HE2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
